Failure to do so may result in a forfeited deposit or a cancellation fee. 🔹 Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be lost. 🔹 No-Shows: No-shows will result in a full charge for the missed service and may require prepayment for future bookings. 🔹 Refunds: All services and deposits are non-refundable.
