To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy: 🔹 Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance. You can book online or by contacting us directly. 🔹 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your final service total. 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a forfeited deposit or a cancellation fee. 🔹 Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be lost. 🔹 No-Shows: No-shows will result in a full charge for the missed service and may require prepayment for future bookings. 🔹 Refunds: All services and deposits are non-refundable.
